Chapel-Hill, Durham, and Raleigh, or better known as the Research Triangle, is likely the most charismatic place you have never heard of. If southern hospitality were born at a specific location, this would probably be it.

While the world becomes more polarized and turns left and right, the Triangle looks straight ahead while recognizing the past. Historic industrial buildings in Durham aren’t torn down because they don’t fit current design trends but are repurposed. Chapel-Hill remains home to the oldest continuing public university yet remains a hub for scholarly thinking. And Raleigh has understood that dense, mid-rise buildings that offer walkability contribute to improved contemporary city-life.

These three little worlds, each with its own identity, are surrounded by scenic nature.
